This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through joint sponsorship of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) and the Department of Defense (DoD), Center for Prostate Disease Research. USUHS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
USUHS designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 hours in category 1 credit towards the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

There is no charge for participation in this CME program. CME credit for successful completion of this Webcast symposium will be provided to physicians only.
To receive credit for this activity, participants must do the following:
Register for the activity by completing the registration form.
Read the activity objectives and review the materials provided in the activity.
Answer the post-test questions at the end of the activity and pass the examination with a score of at least 75%.
Answer the evaluation questions at the end of the activity.
Deadline for participation is July 2002.
If you obtain a passing score, a certificate will be mailed to you.
If you do not pass the post-test, you will have the opportunity to retake the examination until you pass to receive a certificate.
